Proposed deletion of ASV Berlin

No evidence of this team existing. Full name was changed from "Ausländischer" ("Foreign") to "Allgemeiner" ("General") Sportverein Moabit by an unreferenced IP edit in 2018. Neither of these names nor the stadium can be found by a reference search.
