POSLINK bot

Thank you for working on the MOS:POSLINK bot task! At several points it looked like this was going to languish forever. I've been wanting to make a bot for a while, so this was a good excuse for me to do just that. :)

Hi, per the bot approval linked in my edit summary, these categories will be filled very soon by the bot run (about to start), and the creations were required before the run could begin.
