Remember the critical difference between the image policies here and at Commons — non-free files are accepted here, but not at Commons. The point in that deletion discussion is that the Highmark logo is complex enough to attract copyright; probably it was uploaded to Commons under a claim that it was in the US public domain because it was too simple for copyright. Here, on the other hand, it could be uploaded with a claim of fair use. Nyttend (talk) 19:55, 8 August 2026 (UTC)
