Progress on XML processing of log items.

To-do:

• Implement LogItem type in mwtypes  Done (see the commit)
• Implement <logitem> processing in mwxml
• Codeofdusk runs substantial test on xml files

Wikidata's 13th Birthday Celebration on Saturday, November 1 at the Capitol Hill Branch Library. Please sign up here!
