Regarding Recent Edits for “Original Language Titles”

Hello,

I have noticed you edited quite a few articles relating to Japanese music discographies by adding their “original” Japanese script title alongside their romanized titles. While it can be useful to display this information, per MOS:JA, “If the linked article does include the Japanese script, Japanese characters are unnecessary in the original article…” Essentially, if a discography section for an artist such as Ado or Yoasobi has a linked article to a single or an album, the Japanese script is unnecessary as the related articles usually includes it, such as Kyōgen for example. -Verso- (talk) 03:49, 3 August 2026 (UTC)
