I've been using Wikipedia for as long as I can remember – easily over 20 years – but have only recently turned my hand to the scary prospect of editing.

To make a long story short, I was a little disheartened at how out-of-date and inaccurate some of the information was on Wikipedia pages about one of my main passions in life: non-league football, and more specifically Bedford Town F.C.

I have no official connection or affiliation with the club, other than being an ardent fan and a stickler for the details. If keeping the information correct and up-to-date benefits the club and Wikipedia users alike, I'm happy.

I will, I'm sure, turn my hand to editing pages on other pages which match my range of passions and interests, but they're likely to be minor tweaks.

As a relative newcomer to 'this side' of Wikipedia, I know I won't get it right every time, but accuracy and correctness are important to me, and I'm always keen to receive feedback from more experienced Wikipedians.
