[edit]Hi there — I’m a marketing professional and lifelong music enthusiast originally from Detroit, Michigan, now based in Indiana. I created this account to contribute to Wikipedia by improving coverage of artists, producers, and independent labels connected to the Detroit and greater Midwest music scene.
Growing up around Detroit’s culture and music shaped much of my interest in documenting it. Many local artists have had a lasting influence on hip-hop and R&B but remain underrepresented online. My goal here is to help expand those pages with reliable, verifiable information from published sources, to preserve an accurate history of the region’s music and creators.
