User:Bibcode Bot/Cite arxiv

Currently the bot doesn't touch {{cite arxiv}}, since those may be used to specifically cite the arxiv preprint. Very often, the citation to the published journal is what is desirable over the preprint.

Feature request

When querying the ADSABS database with |arxiv=/|eprint= from {{cite arXiv}}, if there is a DOI match, post a message on the talk page of the article, saying there are {{cite arXiv}} could likely be updated to a {{cite journal}}

If there is a bibcode match only [i.e. no DOI match], instead log the entry at '_Cite arxiv with bibcode matches.txt'. Once the run is done, post the log below [on this page, see mockup], and clear the log.
