Problem with newline after {{Current iOS|short}}

See this change made to Apple TV (device), with the comment "switching templates seems to fix newline issue".

The "newline issue" is that, before that change, (based on {{Current iOS|shortlink}}) produced "(based on iOS 26.3 )", with white space before the closing right parenthesis. It appears in this example as a blank, but appeared as a newline in the table in the "Technical specifications" section of the version before the fix above. @Guy Harris I fixed the issue. Apparently it was an enter before <noinclude> which caused the space and extra line. EvanTech10 (talk) 19:49, 18 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
