Source for melting point at 1414 degree C

A melting point at 1414 degree C, or 1687 K is denoted, while some sources claim a melting point at 1410 degree C, or 1683 K, this might be due to pressure difference. However I cannot find the sources for the 1414 degree C claim, to dubbel check this.

Moving references between infobox and article.

@Retro, in this edit and on tm:infobox silicon, this one you moved the source definition from the article to the infobox. Why? I think this makes editing the article more complex. Less experienced editors will needlessly be confused by not seeing the source defined in the article. More experienced editors working on the infobox will know to look in the article for definitions.
