Benjamin of Nitria: one article, two people
[edit]The article Benjamin of Nitria includes information on two different persons.
The first one (died c.392) was a monk of Nitria (monastic site).
The second one (died c.424) already has a Wikipedia article at Benjamin the Deacon and Martyr. He was Persian, and it's not clear that he had a connection with Nitria.
So it seems to me that the second paragraph could be deleted and the first one heavily copy edited; but since I've never run into this situation before, I though I'd better run it by other editors. commarevival commarevivalCommarevival (talk) 19:51, 20 June 2026 (UTC)
